I love pizza. So simple and yet satisfying. This time around I actually used store-bought dough though. Despite the directions stating otherwise I par-baked the dough for 5 minutes and then slathered it with the parsley pesto I made the night before and topped it with slices of red onion, quartered cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives and rounds of small fresh mozzarella balls.
